The portable pH meter plus the standard gel probe is ideal for the production line and harsh environments. The robust gel probe is suitable for most food and drink applications. If purchased with the spear probe and knife, then this is ideal for testing meat, hard cheeses and anything that would be impossible with a normal pH electrode. Applications include production, QC and raw materials.
