Frozen storage of fastidious & non-fastidious organisms including:

  • gram-negative, gram-positive, Pseudomonas, Streptococcus, Haemophilus, Bacteroides, Peptostreptococcus, Fusobacterium, Propionibacterium, Prevotella, Gonorrhoeae, anaerobes, microaerophilics, Enterococci, Enterococcus, Listeria spp., Staphylococci, Enterobacteriaceae, Salmonella, E.coli (E coli / ecoli / e. coli), Enterobacter, staphylococcus, klebsiella, E. coli Enterobacter, Enterobacter sakazakii.

Known Limitations:

Initial cell concentration is directly related to satisfactory bead recovery. Low inoculum can reduce vial longevity.
