Minebea Intec has created the Freefall metal detection system Vistus which ensures the reliable inspection and removal of metallic foreign bodies. This unit is used for any kind of products in powder or granule form that is transported through a gravity pipe, e.g. milk powder, wheat, nuts or cornflakes.
This is perfect for your metal detection system because it chooses the right components to suit your needs for your remote terminal using the modular principle for customisation with search coil, separator, pine and true in-process validation. The true in-process validation is essential because it guarantees the correct performance testing, it validates during operation and it is positioned in the center of the product flow.

Minebea-Intec Dyxim FB series can simultaneously perform in-line quality checks, including counting components, measuring mass and identifying damaged or missing products. The Dyxim FB series inspects large products such as boxes and sacks up to a size of 700mm x 360mm containing dry or liquid food products. If you need to increase product size and material density, the Dyxim FB series' high energy systems are required to ensure a reliable detection of foreign bodies.
