Method: AOAC Official Method of Analysis
- Add 2mL BPW to 1mL sample or 5mL BPW to 10mL of sample. Leave at room temperature for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Plate 3mL and incubate: 28h - ± 2h at 35℃ - ± 1℃ or 37℃ - ± 1℃
- Do not exceed 30 hours incubation.
Incubation: Stacks of 10 or less
Optimum pH Range: 4.0-9.0
